Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s latest joint venture is all “about love.”
The power couple are the new global faces of Tiffany & Co. and star in their first joint campaign together for the luxury jeweler. The campaign, titled About Love, was conceptualized closely with the Carters and Tiffany & Co., and features Beyoncé channeling one of the brand’s original icons—Audrey Hepburn—in the accompanying campaign imagery.
In the new images captured by photographer Mason Poole, Beyoncé wears two classic little black dresses courtesy of Balmain and Givenchy with a Holly Golightly–inspired bouffant updo as she poses alongside her husband in front of a never-before-seen Jean-Michel Basquiat Tiffany-blue painting titled Equals Pi from 1982, released from a private collection for the first time for this campaign.

“Beyoncé and JAY-Z are the epitome of the modern love story. As a brand that has always stood for love, strength and self-expression, we could not think of a more iconic couple that better represents Tiffany’s values. We are honored to have the Carters as a part of the Tiffany family,” Alexandre Arnault, executive vice president of product and communications for Tiffany, said in a statement.
The iconic Tiffany Diamond also makes a surprise appearance in the new campaign. Considered one of the most important gemstone discoveries from the 19th century, the 128.52-carat gem is worn by Beyoncé in the new imagery. The piece was first discovered in 1877 in the Kimberley Mines of South Africa, and purchased by Charles Lewis Tiffany in 1878.

More content is set to come from the Carters’ Tiffany & Co. campaign, including a short film by acclaimed director Emmanuel Adjei, which will feature Beyoncé performing a rendition of “Moon River,” the song made famous in 1961’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Set to premiere on September 15, the short features footage captured by Jay himself and takes place at the Orum House in Los Angeles.
