Stacey Solomon unveils plan to recreate Pink Room in Pickle Cottage – and she’s even getting a pink washing machine

Stacey Solomon has unveiled plans to recreate her famous ‘Pink Room’ at her new £1.2 million pad after sharing throwback clip of her pink laundry room.

The 31-year-old, who recently transformed one-year-old Rex’s bedroom with £3.50 panda door handles, has been taking the internet by storm as she shares her journey gradually redecorating her new property room by room.

The mum-of-three took to her Instagram to announce her extensive plans to recreate her pink wonderland and taking it to the next level by installing all the worktops, cupboards and electricals a sweet shade of baby pink.

Stacey responded to a fond follower’s direct message asking if the popular room would be making a return to Pickle Cottage.


Sharing a clip from her previous home, Stacey shared one of her popular ‘Tap to Tidy’ films which have become an online sensation for many users.

Showing off her organisational prowess, she fills labelled draws full of all her cleaning supplies as well as replicating Khloe Kardashian’s infamous Oreo tower with pink dishwasher tabs.

Stacey wrote atop of her throwback video: “Awww I miss the Pink Room tooo. But I will 100% create it in pickle cottage … but it’ll be even more exciting because I get to start with real pink cupboards and washing machines and sinks and taps. JUST EVERYTHING.”

The Loose Women panellist even shared a pink vision board which she has planned for the room, including pink tiles, a pink washing machine and even a pink sink in a bright Barbie pink shade.

The organisation influencer has been keeping her 4.4 million followers involved in the decorating process every step of the way with her aesthetic short form clips.

Fans have already shared their praise and enjoyment of the new renovation content which has inspired others to redecorate the homes.

Stacey shared that her kitchen renovation will be starting soon with plenty of her supplies from her previous home still in the shed.


She plans to change all the units in the kitchen and refurbishing the Aga as well as putting windows all through the corner to let more light into the room and show a lovely view of the garden.

Stacey has already picked out a spot for her infamous Pink Room following in from the kitchen which she hopes will get started this summer.
