Frustrated Brits across the country are reporting problems with their Sky and Virgin internet connections.
It comes after thousands of Virgin customers were left fuming after being left offline on Monday evening and Tuesday morning. Many have since been having issues throughout the week.
Downdetector, a website monitoring outages, is reporting yet more outages today in several regions.
Thousands of complaints have been left over the past 24 hours about both Sky and Virgin at a time as people struggle to work from home in self-isolation.
One customer said: ‘Mostly Virgin have been really good for me, including though the lockdown.
‘The past week is a different matter. Broadband keeps dropping connection (Infuriating when trying to game!) connection will be out for hours at a time, the TV service has been intermittent over the last week too including being unable to access box sets and half the channels not being accessible. Will I get a credit on my bill? Probably not!’
An unhappy Sky customer said: ‘No Internet connection in merthyr tydfil. Got many university assignments to complete but no sign of connection coming back any time soon. Disgraceful on Sky’s part.’
