The Walking Dead: AMC tease tenth season in trailer
The Walking Dead season 10 is due to resume soon and fans were thrilled to hear extra episodes had been added to the 10th run. The new episodes will see fan-favourite Maggie (played by Lauren Cohan) run into Daryl (Norman Reedus) again. In the trailer for the new episodes on AMC, both survivors are seen facing new danger and fans are wondering how they will escape.
Will Daryl and Maggie face death with new threat?
The Walking Dead season 10 will be returning with episode 17 on February 28 and fans are excited to see the survivors return.
A synopsis for the next episode has been revealed and it says: “Maggie returns, to the dismay of Negan; the trials she endured since leaving have made her harder in order for her and her son to survive.
“Daryl and Maggie unexpectedly fight an unseen and unknown threat.”
Maggie’s comeback will be the highlight of the series so the spotlight is bound to fall on her.
The trailer for the next episode has also been released and it shows Daryl staring down the barrel of a gun with his hands in the air in surrender.
Maggie also finds herself within metres of an explosion and she is seen covering her ears with her hands as the blast goes off in the woods.

More of her backstory will be told as she explains to her son Hershel how he ended up without a father.
Hopefully, more will be revealed about how she managed to survive with her young son for so long without any support.
She is heard saying: “He asked how his daddy died. I told him that a bad man killed him and he wanted to know if that bad man got what he deserved.”
Daryl and Maggie take centre stage in the trailer, with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) making a couple of appearances.
The trailer also introduced Negan’s wife, Lucille, who is played by his real wife Hilarie Burton.
Maggie continues to hold a grudge against Negan so fans will be interested to find out whether they settle their differences.
She is yet to forgive Negan for murdering her husband, so she may well get her revenge on him in the new episodes.
The survivors had just started to rebuild their lives following the Whisperer War, but there is no rest for the wicked.
Maggie and Daryl, in particular, are expected to face new dangers and Negan may well be one of them.
Viewers will also witness flashbacks of Daryl’s time away from the group when he went on the hunt for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln).

Fans have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts on the trailer, with one saying: “The new Walking Dead trailer has me shook. I can’t wait to have Maggie back.”
Maggie seems to be out for revenge against Negan, but it may come back to bite her if she makes the wrong move.
Meanwhile, Daryl faces his own personal problems as he reaches a crossroads with Carol (Melissa McBride).
The duo are set to star in their own spin-off series, so their fates are pretty much set in stone for now.
This does not mean they will not suffer their fair share of obstacles along the way and there has already been talk about the pair falling out.
